Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after your order is placed.

Please note that processing times may be longer during product launches, sales, holidays, or periods of high order volume.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Times

After your order has been processed, shipping times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and the carrier.

Please note: Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Rawsentials is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping information is correct before completing your order.

Rawsentials is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If your package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, additional shipping costs may be required to have the package reshipped.

Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages

Once your package has been marked “delivered” by the shipping carrier, Rawsentials is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or misplaced after delivery.

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier. You may also contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Damaged Packages

Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at niysentials@gmail.com and include your order number along with clear photos and/or video of the package and item.

We will review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and selected shipping method.

Any promotional free-shipping offers will be subject to the terms stated at the time of the promotion.

International Orders

At this time, shipping availability may vary by destination. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or other charges associated with international orders.

Rawsentials is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
